Volunteer Application Form

Thank you for expressing your interest in becoming a volunteer with the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc Community Services Department. Please fill out the following information and submit with your resume, if applicable. This process does not apply to educational placements (please follow employment process). Volunteers must be a minimum age of 13 years old. By submitting a volunteer application form, you are acknowledging that you are 13 years of age or older. Successful applicants will be contacted and invited to an interview.
