All dog and cat owners are entitled to one free permanent registration tag for each animal. Replacement tags are subject to a $5.00 charge and may be obtained at the Strathroy-Caradoc Municipal Office or Animal Care Centre Lobo.
Tags for dogs are mandatory. Owners of dogs brought to Animal Care Centre Lobo without these free I.D. tags will be charged for failing to obtain a tag.
Cat registration is voluntary. Any cat that receives this free I.D. tag will be listed in the database. Animal Care Centre Lobo is on call 24/7 and will see that your cat gets home safely.
Please complete and submit the following form to receive a permanent registration tag for your pet. One complete form is required per animal.
