Strathroy-Caradoc Community Improvement Plan

This CIP is not intended to fund all property improvements, but rather those eligible projects that are most aligned with the guiding principles and goals of the plan, and priorities of the Municipality. The eligible programs may change from year to year as the local economic demands for incentives change. This Form was designed to provide a consistent and transparent methodology for the review of CIP applications – the Municipality may exercise full discretion in their assessment and decision on any application or funding under the CIP.

Instructions

1. Please read the Strathroy-Caradoc Community Improvement Plan in its entirety.
2. Consult with municipal staff regarding the programs you believe you are eligible for and we will work with you to provide more clarity and answer any questions regarding eligibility or your project. Please contact the Development Services Co-ordinator.
3. Once the CIP Applicaiton is completed and submitted by the applicant, the CIP Implementation Committee will review the application and follow up with the applicant.
